Lad Hudac: Acceptance On The Inside

by Lad Hudac | June 11, 2020 | Program Host: Vicki Dello Joio

During a challenging and difficult period of his life in 2016, Lad utilized the basic tenets of his qigong practice to receive a lesson about acceptance that continues to teach him how to grow and thrive today. In this talk Lad and Vicki will be discussing the nuances his experience showed him about “acceptance.” The discussion will address what acceptance actually is, what acceptance feels like, and practices that can open one up to greater and greater awareness of an active state of acceptance. Given the current state of affairs in our country and world in general, acceptance is a must in order to gain any level of clarity in a very murky environment. It is our hope that you will join us for the conversation.

A former professional acappella singer, LAD HUDAC is currently a senior sales rep for FBC Chemical Corporation, a business started by his grandfather in 1968. In 2010, Lad discovered qigong during a period of severe back pain and has actively studied ever since. Since 2013, Lad has studied with Ted Cibik in Leechburg, PA and is a fourth year student in Clinical Qigong. He currently sees clients and students in private capacity, always seeking unique ways to help more people embrace the experience of “grounding” and understanding of one’s destiny.  Lad also currently sings bass in the semi-professional acappella sensation, 6-1-forte, in Columbus, OH. He enjoys employing qigong techniques both to his singing and the facilitation of “harmony” with the group.
