Qi Circulation and Its Applications in Qigong Practice and Teaching: Exploring the theory, practical teaching and learning methods with guest Jingshan Tang
Wild Goose Qi Gong (Dayan Qigong) is a traditional Daoist practice with roots in the Kunlun school, inspired by the natural movements and vitality of wild geese. It consists of flowing, rhythmic sequences designed to open the body, regulate breathing, and promote smooth Qi circulation. The practice emphasizes coordination of movement, breath, and mind, supporting whole-person health.
In 2026, the National Qigong Association marks 30 years since its founding. This year’s Annual Conference, Honoring Our Roots, will take place September 8–10 (Tuesday–Thursday) in Denver, Colorado, returning to the state where our journey began.
