Conference Registration Terms & Cancellation Policy

By registering for the NQA Annual Conference, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation & Refund Policy‍

• Full Refund:
  Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the conference are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
• Partial Refund (Within 30 Days):
  Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% of the registration fee will be issued as a credit.
  
• Credit Usage:
  Credits may be applied towards things like NQA membership dues, future NQA events, workshops, or conferences

Photography & Video Recording Policy

By attending the NQA Annual Conference, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur.

By participating, you grant the National Qigong Association (NQA) permission to use your image and likeness for educational and promotional purposes without compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify the NQA in writing prior to the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
