As the days grow shorter and the chilly nights longer, Autumn is a time to let go of what drains us, release what we no longer need, and consolidate our energy in preparation for the cold months – and life transitions – ahead. This is our theme for the 8-week Autumn to Winter Qigong Class Series –Mondays, 12:15 to 1 pm (PT) – beginning October 21, 2024.
This season represents a time of discernment and refinement about what we value, what is essential to us, and how we want to show up to finish the year in Joy-fueled self-expression!
There’s no question that most people sense the world is in chaos and feel bombarded with extreme behaviors, cruel and divisive rhetoric, fear and dehumanization, crisis following crisis.
It’s important for us to stand strong in our power, in who we are and what we believe – for our own sakes as well as for our world. We need to consolidate our energy and shore up our courage to face what is certain to be a challenging season for us all.
It all starts with working with our own energy.
GOOD NEWS! You don’t have to do it alone – a like-minded community is waiting to move loving, collective energy with you, under my careful guidance!
Are you a clinician looking to deepen your practice of energy medicine? The Master of Medical QiGong certification takes your knowledge of purgation, tonification, and regulation, as well as diagnostics, to new heights in a clinical setting. Our program covers advanced topics such as Taoist alchemy, anatomy, and physiology of the seven meridian systems, while introducing energetic systems not covered in acupuncture schools. You’ll gain skills to treat spiritual disorders, psychological energetics, and even cancer with Clinical Qigong Therapy. Graduates must complete program requirements and pass tests to receive their diploma.
In the second year, we focus on the Luo, Extraordinary, and Divergent channels, exploring how each can be used for treating mental and physical conditions. Students refine their energetic sensitivity, allowing them to work with herbs, plants, oils, and food based on their energetic properties. We incorporate psychology and somatic movement, bringing together healing traditions for a holistic approach.
Our curriculum emphasizes clinic time, self-cultivation, and practical skills, including case studies. You’ll explore food energetics, herbs, and essential oils in patient care, and learn to interpret Western Medicine blood panels for energetic insights. This includes tests for digestive health, hormones, thyroid, and disease markers, providing tools to optimize health as one ages.
Classes are kept small for personalized learning, and attendance is mandatory. Private make-up sessions with Dr. Cibik are available for missed classes at an additional cost. Certification is awarded upon completing all training, exams, case studies, and financial obligations.

In this intensive, 3 Day workshop, students access and practice a powerful, direct energy healing method known as Fa Kung. This is a "no-touch" method of healing directly with Qi. We cover all aspects of the training, including Qigong for the Healers and for the ongoing self-care of our "patients." Sigung Richard Clear has taught this program twice a year for nearly 30 years. This course is appropriate for complete novices and advanced Qigong practitioners alike. In the course of 3 Days, students learn how to sense, interpret, and balance the Qi of others to produce direct healing effects.
The Qigong Healing Program is a progressive 100-hour program where students learn the practical application and theory of Qigong personal practices and energy healing modalities. We cover practices for connecting with "center" (our place of contact with the higher self); increasing frequency, strength, and openness of our energy fields; clearing low frequency energies; healing practices for oneself and others; and many other tools and practices for transformative healing work. The program includes four 3-day weekends throughout the year. The first weekend meets January 31 to February 2, 2025 and may be taken as a stand-alone class. The other weekends are: April 4-6, June 6-8, Aug 15-17. The cost is $450 per weekend.
