With a warm and empathetic approach, Jo creates compassionate, non-judgmental spaces where caregivers, cancer survivors, women navigating healthy aging, and others seeking greater well-being feel supported in making meaningful, sustainable change. Her work emphasizes presence, balance, resilience, and practical tools that complement both medical care and everyday living.
Through workshops, retreats, writing, television, podcasts, and digital media, Jo enjoys making integrative wellness accessible and practical for everyday life. She is the author of Real Food From My Table to Yours and is developing a wellness-focused bed and breakfast that will also provide a loving retirement home for senior dogs, bringing together her passions for healing, hospitality, and animal rescue.
