I am currently a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a practice in Spokane WA. I have always had a passion for martial arts, studying Judo as a teen and Kung Fu in my early twenties. I began my studies of Qigong with Dr Stuart Mauro LAC, OMD from 1986-1991 in Dallas TX. He founded the Dallas Qigong Association. He recommended I study with Richard and Iva Lim Peck who studied Yang Tai Chi, Ba Gua and Xing Yi with Taiwanese Master Lu Hung Bin. I studied weekly with them from 1991 to 1995 then again in 2000- 2001. I placed 2nd in form competitions in Ba Gua and Tai Chi in 1993 in the Southwest Regionals.
