About the Instructor

My understanding of healing was shaped early through family, land, and lived experience. I come from Ojibwe Cree and Red River Métis ancestry, where care for the body was inseparable from respect for the natural world, seasons, and community. These early influences taught me that healing is relational, cumulative, and deeply connected to how we live over time. Professionally, my path began in human services, supporting at-risk youth and studying systemic patterns of stress and resilience. I later entered medical-based massage therapy and eventually acupuncture, building a practice grounded in clinical care while remaining attentive to the deeper patterns people carried. Becoming a parent to a neurodivergent child fundamentally reshaped my priorities and sharpened my understanding of regulation, capacity, and compassion. It reinforced my commitment to forms of medicine that honor pacing, agency, and nervous system stability. These experiences ultimately led me to Chinese Energetic Medicine and advanced Medical Qigong training, where I found a system capable of addressing complexity without oversimplification.

Classes & Services

A practitioner of Chinese Energetic Medicine with advanced training in Medical Qigong and lineage-informed energetic protocols. I work with individuals navigating complex illness, chronic conditions, trauma, and long-standing patterns that have not fully resolved through conventional or integrative care.

My approach is grounded, individualized, and focused on supporting regulation across physical, emotional, and internal systems. While contemplative and spiritual traditions inform how I hold the work, sessions remain clinically focused and do not require belief or participation in any spiritual framework.
