About
Caryl Rappaport is a Doctor of Chinese Energetic Medicine, a National Qigong Association Certified Qigong Integrative Professional, and the founder of The Still Point Works.
Before moving into this work, Caryl built an extensive career in technology and business, holding product management and leadership roles at companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Best Buy, and McGraw-Hill Education. Her experience navigating complex systems, understanding human behavior, and recognizing patterns continues to inform her approach today.
Her work integrates Chinese Energetic Medicine, Qigong, and contemporary approaches to emotional and behavioral patterns, emphasizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
At the heart of her approach is the Recognize, Release, and Repattern™ framework she developed. Recognize what's happening within and around us, including the patterns shaping our experiences and responses. Release stored emotional and energetic charge. Repattern so we can respond from greater clarity and choice rather than conditioning.
Drawing on her studies in Daoist practices, NLP, hypnotherapy, and emotional release techniques, Caryl brings together analytical thinking, intuitive awareness, and energetic practices to help people recognize and shift deeply rooted patterns, creating greater clarity, choice, and possibilities for meaningful change.
