A beginner learns Qigong from the outside in. An advanced practitioner learns from the inside out. In this conversation, Fabrice Piché explores how developing sensitivity to Qi sensation transforms practice from external choreography into an internal feedback system; one that guides the practitioner toward deeper alignment without relying on a teacher to correct from the outside.
Drawing from nearly 30 years of practice and direct transmission from Professor Lin Housheng, creator of Taiji Qigong Shibashi, Fabrice examines what it actually means to self-correct through felt experience, why that capacity is the foundation of genuine teaching, and what gets lost when it is skipped.
