Join Professor Spencer Gee, adjunct professor of Tai Chi and Self-Defense at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, for a compelling workshop exploring the growing body of research suggesting that Tai Chi may help slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease and improve overall functional movement.
