We will warm up by tapping our major Organs and practicing Sound Healing to create inner vibrations which get the Blood and Qi moving. Jessica will then move into leading us in 5 Element Qigong, a simple and repetitive form that is intended to transform and heal emotional trauma. There is a movement form for each of the 5 Elements. Each Element is associated with a specific organ and its emotional component. 5 Element Qigong is a wonderful and easy practice for optimal Mental/Emotional health. It is accessible to all and may be practiced seated or standing.
