In challenging moments, finding inner balance and clarity becomes essential. Join Janet Seaforth for an enlightening session as she guides us through a series of short forms, integrating the essence of Wuji meditation.
What is Wuji?
Wuji, often referred to as the “still point,” offers profound benefits for both body and mind. It is a meditative stance that harmonizes and heals the body, organs, and systems that provides a gateway to insight meditation, allowing us to explore our heart, mind, emotions, and blocked energy. Our bodies often hold tension and tightness, which can be connected to unresolved emotions. Creating awareness around our emotions and the purpose they serve helps inform us and create a path for them to flow through us. In contrast, when emotions remain stuck, they contribute to stress and potential disease. Combining this practice with short forms Simple Standing, Connecting to the Three Powers, Honoring the Three Treasures, Out of Stillness Comes Movement, Carry the Ball, Ride the Tiger, and Polishing the Pearl of Consciousness, will help you ground, balance, flow, open energy pathways and inner clarity, feel revitalized and heal.
