Qigong for Emotional Wellbeing

During our time together, I will walk you through the basic guidelines and regulations of Qigong, which are physical posture, breath and mind intent. From there we will dive deeper into the Five Elements and the correlation between the elements, your internal organs and corresponding emotions.    

Together we will practice Qigong cleansing exercises and healing sounds to harmonize the internal organ systems, where you’ll feel more relaxed.

However, relaxation is a byproduct compared to the medicinal component of the Qigong practice. During this session you’ll also gain deeper insight into how your organs function and what Qigong practices to do so that you can create more balance, harmony, and peace-of-mind.
