Touch is the first sense to develop in the womb, and it remains essential for how we regulate, connect, and feel at home in ourselves. In this hands-on session, we’ll explore Qigong self-massage practices that help release tension, restore energetic flow, and bring a greater sense of ease and balance from within.

We’ll focus on the face and feet—where six meridians begin or end in each area—as well as along the body’s meridian pathways. These gentle, intentional movements can calm the nervous system, help ground you during anxious or stressful moments, and support the smooth flow of Qi throughout your body.

You’ll leave with a handful of easy practices you can return to anytime—to settle your energy, reconnect with yourself, and feel a little more whole, inside and out. No prior experience needed—just your breath, your hands, and a little time for yourself.
