Wild Goose Qi Gong (Dayan Qigong) is a traditional Daoist practice with roots in the Kunlun school, inspired by the natural movements and vitality of wild geese. It consists of flowing, rhythmic sequences designed to open the body, regulate breathing, and promote smooth Qi circulation. The practice emphasizes coordination of movement, breath, and mind, supporting whole-person health. Its two primary sections include 128 movements that enhance flexibility, balance, and internal energy. Gentle yet powerful, Wild Goose Qi Gong helps reduce stress, improve vitality, and cultivate harmony between body and mind through continuous, graceful motion. Participants will experience how movement, breath, and meditation integrate with motion, and develop a clear understanding of meridian activation indicators as they arise during practice.
