I am a certified Qigong instructor. I have taken 600 hours of training with John Munro from Long White Cloud Qigong. My courses include Small Universe, Inner Fire Qigong and Elemental Alchemy training. I am also a 500 hour certified yoga instructor with concentration in Yin yoga, Traditional Chinese medicine, Yin Yoga and Meditation. I began my spiritual journey over 20 years ago when I attended my first Hatha yoga class and immediately knew that yoga and was going to be an integral part of my life. As a breast cancer survivor, I needed tools to help me on my journey to recovery. I attribute yoga, Reiki and meditation to helping me work through challenging life and health situations by providing physical and emotional healing and helping me to maintain a positive attitude. I offer private or group classes on Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork or a combination that supports students on their mindful movement journey. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I can attune others as healers so they can help themselves and others. Qigong, Yoga & Reiki have greatly impacted my life and I want to share what I know with others on their transformational journey. My intention is to help others live their best life through movement, mindfulness and a positive mindset. I provide a safe space on and off the mat to help individuals work through their physical and emotional imbalances so that they can have increased energy, mobility and harmony. I am not a miracle worker but if I can plant a seed, start a spark, do anything that will inspire someone to start and maintain a regular wellness practice then I know I have made a difference in someone's life. I combine my passion for life, great energy, spiritual wisdom, Reiki healing, and a genuine desire to help and inspire others to grow and live their best life. I have a podcast called Chat off The Mat where I explore the world of alternative and holistic wellness practices to empower and inspire you to live your best life through a mind, body and spirit connection.

I aspire to help those around me in a more balanced lifestyle, support overall wellbeing, bring inner peace in these challenging times and get into the habit to slow down. My path in holistic healing began over seventeen years ago in Ayurveda and sound and vibrational therapy. What truly changed everything for me was discovering Qigong—Practicing Qigong flows brought deep healing, renewed energy, and a profound sense of alignment into my life. I am a certified Qigong flow instructor with YoQi with more than 200h training. I have been practicing and teaching daily for the past six years. Alongside this, I bring over fifteen years of experience in sound therapy, and was naturally drawn to the subtle yet powerful world of sound journeys, offering space for inner exploration and restoration. As a nature connection's facilitator I love to practice Qigong outdoors.: a nature-based Qigong practice following the rhythms of seasons and nature. I weave Qigong, sound, and nature connection together to support others in slowing down, reconnecting, and returning to a more balanced, harmonious way of being. Practicing Qigong has been truly life transforming for me helping with physical ailments such as frozen shoulders, but also feeling so much more aligned in my life. What a gift, an hidden gem this practice. I would love to share it with you!

Traditional Chinese Medicine Qi Circulation Method: Shaolin Ancient Eight-Section Brocade
Since childhood, I have had a deep passion for traditional Chinese health related practices and have dedicated decades to the study and practice of Chinese wellness arts. In 2005, I co-founded the Shaanxi Provincial Middle-aged and Elderly Health Association with Guangmin Bu and Jing Li (Guangmin Bu as President, myself as Vice President, and Jing Li as Secretary-General). Five years later, it was renamed the Shaanxi Provincial Health Preservation Association, where I currently serve as the Senior Advisor. Throughout my many years of seeking teachings from masters, I have had the honor to study under several renowned masters, including Daoist scholar Professor Fuchen Hu, Baguazhang master Xiangxian Cheng, Master Di Ma of the Dee Cheng Kung Fu Academy in Minneapolis, USA, and Taiji master Xuesheng Wan of Xino Tai Chi, among others. Of particular significance are the two authentic trainings I have received, both supported by formal legal certifications: • In 2014, I received personal instruction in the True Qi Circulation Method and Five Animal Frolics directly from Master Tianxiao Li, the lineage holder of the Traditional Chinese Medicine True Qi Circulation Method. On May 1, 2026, Samuel Chong, Esq. issued a formal certification confirming my status as a direct disciple and legitimate inheritor of this lineage (Transmission line: Shaobo Li → Tianxiao Li). • In 2015, I received personal training of the Shaolin Ancient Method of Eight Silk Brocades from Master Yan’ao Shi, a recognized successor in the Shaolin Temple monastic transmission system. On the same date, the attorney issued a formal certification confirming my status as a direct recipient of this lineage (Transmission line: Zhenxu Shi → Degen Shi → Guiwu Yang → Yan’ao Shi). Through years of dedicated practice of these authentic methods, I have experienced remarkable benefits: a radiant complexion, a humble and gentle demeanor, and an appearance more than ten years younger. Now residing in the United States, I am committed to dedicating my lifelong learning and these precious orthodox transmissions to promoting traditional Chinese wellness culture and contributing to the health and well-being of humanity.
