Shoshanna Katzman is author of Qigong for Staying Young: A Simple 20 Minute Workout to Cultivate Your Vital Energy with companion DVD. She began an intensive study of Tai Chi, Qigong and Kung Fu in the panhandle of Golden Gate Park in 1974. Shoshanna has been director of the Red Bank Acupuncture and Wellness Center in New Jersey since 1988 where she offers Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology and Tai Chi & Qigong instruction. She also has a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine and 14 years of training in energy medicine. She is current Chairperson of the New Jersey State Acupuncture Examination Board and the National Qigong Association Advisory Council, for which she was the first woman president.
