About the Workshop Leader - Frank Hanley
Frank Hanley is a seasoned martial artist, author, and teacher with nearly 40 years of experience in Kung Fu, Taijiquan, and Qigong practices. Affectionately known as ‘Sihing’ (teacher senior brother), Frank is a certified Qigong instructor through the National Qigong Association (NQA) and serves as Treasurer on the NQA Executive Team.
Frank brings a deeply personal perspective as an individual living with FSHD, a form of muscular dystrophy. Through his LIVE and online seminars and workshops, he has supported countless people within the disabilities community. His work includes founding the FSHD Society South Carolina Chapter, organizing fitness programs, and sharing wellness practices globally.
