Join us in this fascinating talk to explore how Qigong practice makes use of the energy systems of the body including the various levels of Qi, energy channels, vital energy points, and energy centers to facilitate self-healing. Further, we will discover how Qigong practices can be classified based on the energy level they primarily influence; surface, intermediate, or deep. Finally, we will dive into the three primary preconditions for awakening Qi in the body, namely removing obstructions, clearing the channels, and cultivating stillness or emptiness.
