Before we took our first breath, Heaven and Earth conspired to give us life, gifting us with Pre-Natal Qi — the ancestral spark that set our destiny in motion. But after that first inhale, another force awakened: Post-Natal Qi, the living current we weave each day through breath, food, thought, and the rhythm of our lives.
This Qi Talk is an invitation to journey into the mystery of the energy we create, moment by moment. Post-Natal Qi is the wind that fills the sails of our destiny; the subtle nourishment that sustains vitality, clarity, and spiritual presence long after birth.
Through the lens of Taoist wisdom and classical Chinese medicine, we will explore how the Spleen and Stomach transform the offerings of Earth, how breath connects us to the Heavens, and how modern living can either deplete or empower this luminous current.
Learn to reclaim your inner alchemy—to cultivate Qi that is vibrant, abundant, and aligned with the Way. This is more than theory; it is a reminder that every breath, every bite, every thought is a brushstroke in the masterpiece of your life force.
