Sue Crites is a Qigong teacher, wellness guide, and healer who helps women inmidlife and beyond reduce fear and worry so they can age with clarity,confidence, and vitality. Through Qigong, breathwork, and seasonal living, shesupports women in reconnecting with their bodies, building resilience, andfinding ease in the unknown.
A Certified Spring Forest Qigong Instructor and Healer for over 12years, Sue also holds certifications in Auricular Medicine and BioenergeticMedicine. Drawing from her background as a Botanist (MSc) and HolisticNutritionist, she blends ancient wisdom and modern science to guide the body’snatural healing processes. Her work is grounded in Traditional ChineseMedicine, emotional well-being, and a deep trust in the body’s intelligence.
Based in the boreal forest of Northern Alberta, Sue often sharesher teachings outdoors, helping others connect more deeply to the rhythms ofnature through her online classes and community. She leads weekly Qigongsessions, and offers workshops and retreats that guide others toward greatercalm, presence, and connection.
